Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All products are made to order through my production partner, Printify. Once your order is placed, it will be fulfilled and shipped directly by Printify’s global network of print providers.
Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days.
Shipping time: Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days depending on your location and the print provider used.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Because products are made to order, shipping times may vary during busy seasons or due to global shipping delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and order details. I’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement is sent to you.
On-Demand Print
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

A replacement cannot be provided, or
-
The order is lost in transit and cannot be located by the shipping provider.
Original Artwork
Refund & Care
Each original artwork from Milk & Mire is created as a one-of-a-kind piece. Due to the delicate and degradable nature of watercolor and gouache, all original artwork is considered final sale and non-refundable.
Why No Refunds?
Watercolors are highly sensitive to light, humidity, and handling. Once removed from their protective packaging, gradual degradation may begin if not stored or displayed correctly.
Because of this, I cannot guarantee the preservation of an original once it leaves my care, and refunds are not available under any circumstance.
Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your piece:
Keep the artwork out of direct sunlight.
Frame behind UV-protective glass if possible.
Avoid displaying in damp or humid environments.
Handle minimally, and only with clean, dry hands.
