Starting a website feels like laying down new foundations, although I've been here many times before. I am a child of the early internet. GeoCities, anyone?
Here, I construct a modest chapel devoted to letting my art live and breathe. Until now, my work has been scattered across platforms, drifting like ash into timelines and feeds.
I look forward to building something steadier, for the sake of myself. To look in the mirror and dedicate the time and energy into my own, at times, feral, creative pursuit is different.
I am out of habit, I admit. Lately, I have used more of my time in the realms of digital crafts. Learning Autodesk Fusion for my own 3D printing has been a strange alchemy. Being awful with math has made it both fun and challenging. Naturally, my first order of business was to construct only the most gothic Stanley straw adornments I could imagine.

Most of my paintings start out as digital sketches, but it's been enjoyable to render them before translating them to paper. Have to admit, the stylus is a lot easier on the wrist than traditional forms. Behold, my scribblings:

My intention is to gather it all here: my paintings, experiments, and the process that binds them to me. Here, I'll share new works, occasional musings, and possibly some fragments of my day to day. Cookie recipes? Cookie recipes. I am also committed to making art, specifically watercolor, more accessible to all. I look forward to sharing my own hacks, tricks, and tutorials to encourage folk to put down the phone and pick up the brush.
I leave you with a question - what can you too share with the world?
